Missing In Action – My Apologies!

I’ve been absent from the online scene since December, and I’m hoping to get back into
the swing of things as January comes to a close.

RiG8MxKiLThe reason? Carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists. Ouch. I think it was the combination of NaNoWriMo, my day job (lots of fine motor work), plus several freelance jobs… Too much of a good thing can be a bad thing, as they say.

I haven’t been able to type much more than a few words since the end of November and was told to go on total rest by my doctor.

So I did. I dropped off the face of the internet. And I’ve been lonely!

But things are starting to heal, and I’ve been given the green light to get back to writing. As long as I take small, baby steps I should be able to start posting again! Hurray!

Thank you for bearing with me, and I promise to have a fabulous February giveaway to make up for lost time!

  1. So sorry to hear your carpal tunnel has been such an issue but so glad to hear you’re on the mend and will soon be sharing again! I’ve missed hearing from your corner of the interwebs, but glad you’ve been sure to take the time you need to heal. Best wishes on your 2016!

  2. I’m so glad to hear you’re back in business! It must be very frustrating, as a writer, not being able to write! I’m looking forward to reading your posts this year!

  3. This is good news, indeed. (I love using “indeed” as if I lived in a different time and place.) We, Ollie and I, missed you. So glad you are back in the saddle, so to speak if you are one who uses cliches – I like cliches where appropriate. Let’s see, back in the chair – no – back in the seat – no – back in the hammock – maybe – back in the swing – kinda not – back in the bushes – I like that – okay, enough.
